Help support Krista's road to recovery

Story

Hello everyone. My name is Krista. I'm assuming since you've gotten this far, you probably know me on either a pretty regular personal level, whether it's been years or days since we have talked. I am reaching out to all of you, hoping you may hear my plea for help as my situation is fairly dire. At the beginning of May or end of April (my sense of time is a little off), I spent about 24 days in the hospital. First at Spring Valley, then at Sunrise Hospital. Before entering the first time, I noticed I was running fevers, sleeping anywhere from 16 to 20 hours a day, and having a lot of abdominal and kidney pain. I saw a teledoc and obtained some antibiotics and hoped to will it away. Unfortunately, I went septic and ended up in Spring Valley for 10 days. I was passing a kidney stone on top of dealing with a pretty gnarly ovarian abscess that was wickedly infected. After a week on IV antibiotics, I underwent robotic-assisted laparoscopic surgery to try and take care of my infection. I was sent home on oral antibiotics, still running fevers. About a week and a half after getting home, I spiked a 104-degree fever and was septic once again. The second hospitalization ended in me having a full hysterectomy with a pretty gnarly stapled-up scar. I'm back home now, again on antibiotics but still running fevers every night. I can't say if there is another extended hospital stay in my future, but as I pay my rent on a weekly basis and I'm already days behind on that, I can't work for at least 6 more weeks and quite frankly, I have no idea what to do. So this is me reaching out to you guys hoping for a miracle, Charlie Brown.
