I live on a fixed income that no longer covers my rent, food, or basic needs. Each month I fall deeper behind, and I’ve been relying on small cash advances and buy-now-pay-later apps just to get by. But now, the debts and payments are burying me, and I’m emotionally and financially exhausted.

I also care for 9 indoor pets and multiple outdoor rescue cats. They are my only family and the reason I keep going. They’ve helped me survive serious depression, trauma, and isolation. But their food and medical needs add to my already overwhelming expenses.
