My name is Kerry Anne and I am a 51-year-old disabled woman. Last year, I attempted to take my own life. Since then, I have been in and out of the hospital. I have been diagnosed with several chronic illnesses, chronic pain, and I have several mental illnesses. I'm working very hard in therapy. I'm fighting for SSI for the 8th year in a row. My doctor did write a letter explaining why I am now completely disabled and can no longer work. I am in an emergency situation. My electricity just got shut off today. I have to pick and choose between utilities at times, and I just don't have the funding right now to pay all of my bills. I am currently under treatment for my illnesses, but it's a long road ahead for me. I desperately need help in keeping my utilities on and remaining housed. I also have 2 ESA cats.
