Urgent Help for Kelsie's Injured Dog

My name is Kelsie , as most of you know my dog got out 3 days ago. And when we got her back it seems as if she has been hit by a car. She can’t walk very weak as well as peeing blood . It’s very scary This girl is our family . I am a single mother of 4 kiddos Barley making it as it is. I don’t have the heart to just let her suffer like this. When we adopted her we fell in love with her. I don’t know how much it’s going to cost for anything for her or what she will need. An emergency visit alone is 120 130, I will be taking her to the vet first thing in the morning and I’m almost positive they will say it’s broken.. watching her like this is killing me. She won’t even come out of her kennel let alone make it outside to go potty. I hate asking for anything. But a couple of people told me to make a go fund me so here I am doing it.
