Kommaly (Kay) Silabout Manzano is an amazing friend, sister, wife, and mom loved by any and everyone who knows her! After coming to the US as a refugee in the early 80s, she later had difficulty fully completing the citizenship process due to poor access to legal assistance through the years and, given current changes in policy, needs to urgently resolve clerical issues that many immigrants have faced. In addition, she has had numerous recent surgeries and medical issues that have left her and her family with overwhelming costs. Kay is facing a serious threat to herself and her family’s future due to unexpected medical and financial hardships—hardships with an urgent timeline to resolve.
