My name is Kat Brown. I have a very dear friend and difficult circumstances right now. He had a deadbeat roommate that didn’t pay him rent for 9 months and he is behind on his mortgage by $16,000. He needs that by the end of December. He has already modified his loan twice, and they will not allow him to do it again until he can prove income.

He has worked on getting disability. His lawyer has to submit another application because the applications only last for 12 months and it took 15 months to get processed. He has no income at the moment and is desperate need of financial help or kind, open minded, responsible renters for the top floor of his house. If he can prove income from renters with one year rental contracts, he might be able to get the loan modified again.

He worked for Lyft up until two years ago. His health was declining from diabetes and he ended up getting his leg from the blow the knee amputated. H can no longer drive.

He is not a moocher and never asks for help, even when he really needs it and right now. It has become a desperate situation!

I know there are a lot of homeless people on the street. I know a lot of families are struggling to put food on the table. But if you can help in anyway financially to his fund or know somebody that needs a place to live with the aforementioned qualities, then please help. This man has had his house for 17 years. Hard times fall on us all.
