Urgent Help for Justin's Friends' Relocation

My name is Justin. My friend and coworker Christian Smucker's entire apartment complex just received a letter of condemnation and all residents have 48hrs to vacate the premises. He and his wife have a 1-year-old and just paid rent and can't get it back. All proceeds will go directly to Christian and his family for food, housing, moving costs, apartment application fees, etc. Any and all help is appreciated.
