My name is Jennifer Rose and I’m the founder of Mystic Rose Realms. For the last 18 years, I’ve built up my breeding program with my horses, and I love sharing them with the community and kids. I got my Gypsy unicorn around 8 years ago, and she has spread joy and laughter to many families over the years, showing up at birthday parties and doing photoshoots with Sunset Hooves Photography. I’ve also been a part of folks weddings or proposals with my horses and the giving part of that is priceless! I so love sharing what I do and being part of creating such incredible memorable moments for people.

In July 2024, after living at my home for ten years, the county red-tagged the house, and I had to move due to the landlord not taking care of the black mold, and I was getting sick.

At the time, really good friends of mine (or so I thought) had just bought some property that had a mobile home on it where I was invited to stay until I could find something permanent. So, in August of 2024, that happened. I moved myself and my herd here, and it was amazing! Being on the same property with amazing people, we collaborated with our horses and just had a good time.

Fast forward to 2025… things started to fall apart a little here and there, which I ignored. It started with her animal neglect. Constantly, her animals were out of water and many times feed, which as her friend, I’d say, "Hey, so and so is out of water." At the time, I thought nothing of it. As the year progressed, it got worse. I kept to myself more and more and continued my life with my own animals. I stopped telling her when her animals were out of food or water. They started dying off. Carcasses of sheep still remain in the pasture… horses' pens didn’t get cleaned, and her foals were born in piles of feces.

Then the nitpicking started. Telling me not to water my horses in the evenings since it messed up the water pressure during their chores. They only do evening chores. Never do morning feeding or chores.

Then in June 2025, my toilet started leaking, so I notified the landlords/friends ASAP. I was told to go buy the part for $12 and take it off the rent and fix it myself. I didn’t do that as I learned in the past that can go south real quick.

Fast forward to December… toilet still not fixed, so I asked about it being repaired again. Got a slew of excuses and a few days later an eviction notice/termination of lease. Wow, some ‘friends’ they turned out to be. Ok, cool, I’m looking to move anyways as I am tired of my belongings being stolen. They tried to steal my panels, which I got back via sheriff. They turned my breaker switch off, which I had to lock up. They enter my home and horse pens when I’m not home. Stealing my mail, which had cameras in them, and had the audacity to place them themselves and face my trailers and home. Then last night, she did the ultimate crime by stealing from my horses. I got home to feed, and she stole my hay cubes, so I didn’t have enough to feed my horses.

Last week my phone randomly picked up a wireless unknown tag. I followed it and it showed eveywhere I went! There was a play button to locate the device and it started beeping under my truck. You have GOT to be kidding me! Told the sheriff about it and then took it to a mechanic so the guys could put it up on a lift to search for it. Four guys looked and they finally found it! It was placed there I would assume so they would know when I’m coming home to stop stealing my property.

I am beside myself with this. I asked her flat out, "What started all of this?" Meaning her hate towards me and bitterness, and her response was, "I don’t know, you tell me." So while I have seen a lot of her crap this year, I never confronted her about it. I just kept to myself. I’ve been taken advantage of, and now she feels entitled to steal from me. And even was ok with her 9-year-old daughter stealing 7 of my chickens in September while I was at a unicorn party.

I am so done. I want to move but don’t have a place to go YET! I’ve never been one to ask for help a lot or even consider a GoFundMe, but this stealing my horses' food has pushed me to ask for help… while legal matters are in place.

This will help me buy feed and find a place to move. I’ve lost thousands in wages due to this constant harassment, and it’s starting to weigh on me. I feel like I’m living in a movie, not real life. It’s unbelievable how people can be so cruel and vindictive.

Thanks for reading this far and understanding a bit about my situation. I don’t want pity… it is what it is… I’m just asking for a little support to get me through this majorly toxic situation.

I am still on the hunt for a place and I have a possible prospect but it won’t be available right away. I’m saving up funds to move as it will cost me around $6-7000 to do this with the rent, deposit, fuel money etc… I’m going to keep this fundraiser going and it’s all going into a moving account. EDIT: I’m still looking for a place. Landlords keeps stealing my property so some of the funds will help to replace stolen items. Since I don’t have her on video stealing the police aren’t doing anything. I’m documenting everything.
