Jennifer is Fighting for Her Life- Help! Please!

Jennifer, my fiancée, and I were planning to get married in 2025, but now we are facing the fight for her life. Over the summer, she began experiencing symptoms that seemed routine—TMJ, tooth pain, and congestion. After multiple health scares, including a burst appendix and severe sinus issues, we were devastated to learn that Jennifer has been diagnosed with SMARCB1-deficient sinonasal carcinoma, a rare and extremely aggressive cancer of sinus and nasal cavities.
SMARCB1-deficient sinonasal cancer is so rare that only around 200 cases have been documented worldwide since its discovery in 2014. This is an exceptionally rare and aggressive cancer, and Jennifer’s doctors are moving swiftly to start treatment.
In the coming week, Jennifer will begin an aggressive treatment plan at James Cancer Hospital, where her doctors have fast-tracked her due to the seriousness and rapid progression of her illness. While her treatment begins here, we are also pursuing consultations with leading specialists at hospitals like MD Anderson, facilities in Pittsburgh, and even specialists abroad in London.
The Aggressive Nature of SMARCB1-deficient sinonasal carcinoma:
This type of sinonasal cancer is known for its aggressive and unpredictable progression. What started as seemingly unrelated symptoms has quickly escalated to a life-threatening battle. The cancer is moving fast, and Jennifer needs specialized care from experts who have treated this rare disease. There are only a handful of doctors in the world who have experience with this rare cancer, making our search for alternative treatments even more critical.
Jennifer’s care at James Cancer Hospital is moving rapidly, but due to the rarity of her cancer, it’s essential that we pursue every available option. Hospitals with experience in treating SMARCB1 are few, and we need the resources to seek opinions and potential treatments from these experts as quickly as possible.
Why Jennifer Deserves Your Help:
Jennifer has dedicated her life to helping others through nonprofit work with the Young Survival Coalition, Muscular Dystrophy Association, the American Heart Association, the Multiple Sclerosis Association, and Metastatic Breast Cancer Alliance. She is the glue that holds her family together and is deeply loved by all who know her. Her kindness, generosity, and light have touched so many lives, and now we need your help to give her a fighting chance.
I met Jennifer after I left the Catholic priesthood following a faith crisis several years ago, and she has been a beacon of hope and love in my life ever since. She is beautiful, compassionate, and the world is a better place with her in it.
How You Can Help:
We urgently need your support to cover the costs of Jennifer’s treatment, consultations with top specialists, and travel to hospitals that can give her the best possible care. This aggressive cancer is moving quickly, and every moment counts in getting her the treatments she needs to survive.
We are aiming to raise $50,000 to cover immediate costs, but if more is needed as Jennifer’s treatment progresses, we will adjust accordingly. Every dollar counts, and your support is deeply appreciated.
All Donors: Everyone who donates, no matter the amount, will receive a personalized thank-you and public recognition (if you want) on social media.
