This is Janet, who was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and is unable to work because symptoms have gotten worse and is having difficulty breathing and doing simple tasks. She is currently homeless and unable to find any affordable housing even with all outreach calls that have been made. I have known Janet for 8 years and have been visually seeing her decline physically. She is now down to 95 pounds. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
