Urgent help for Jane Llewellyn

JANE LLEWELLYN is a teacher, nurse, carer and well known community activist. As some of you will know Jane has had chronic kidney failure since a childhood illness. She has now been offered a kidney transplant at Cardiff hospital on the 29th may as her daughter has proven to be a match, thank heavens !

However there's a real problem.

Jane lives in Swansea and will require medically suitable accommodation in Cardiff for the whole summer to attend the kidney clinic, upwards of three times a week post transplant. This fundraiser is to raise money for that temporary medical accommodation for Jane, her daughter and a carer so they can be in Cardiff.

This will also help the NHS hugely as Jane must travel by ambulance to these appointments due to the high risk of post operative rejection and infection.

Jane has given her best to the community over the years and now we would like to give back to her some of the love she has shared. Please donate AND share this fundraiser to help Jane and family.
