If you know me, then you know that my pups mean everything to me, and it breaks my heart that my sweet girl Georgia had to have emergency surgery to remove an obstruction from her small intestine this evening.

This morning was completely normal. I woke up, went to the gym, took the pups for a walk, and when we got back, Georgia started vomiting incessantly. Usually, when this happens, I make water available and give them some rice later once her stomach calms down, but she wouldn't even get up and go near her bowls. After a few hours of vomiting every so often, she began pacing around and became lethargic, which is how I knew she needed to go to the emergency vet.

After several hours at the emergency vet, it was determined that there was an unknown obstruction in her small intestine, and it was urgent that she get into surgery immediately, where we transported her to a different hospital to provide the surgery she needed.

This is very near and dear to my heart, and luckily, she has woken up from surgery and is doing well. After all of this, it is a huge expense that is going to be very difficult to tackle. I love all my family and friends dearly, and it would mean a lot if anyone could contribute, but it is not expected and understandable if not. Thank you so much for considering. I know finances are very tough for everyone right now, so anything is greatly appreciated.
