Homeless family living in a tent. We had to move out of our hotel we were staying at because my husband unexpectedly got laid off. We are a family of 5, with 3 kids. We have to stay in the tent until my husband or I get another job and get a paycheck. We are working with NEMCSA so they can pay our security deposit and a few months' rent for us, but applying for housing and getting approved without a job is not going to happen.

So, I'm asking for money to pay the hotel weekly fee of $397 with tax until we can get into our housing or we get paychecks coming in. We are in Michigan and it's freezing cold and someone decided to cut up our tent, steal our generator which we used to heat the tent, and our propane cans we used to cook our meals. Please help a family who's so far down on luck!!!
