On October 30, 2024, due to an electrical fire that started in the neighbor’s apartment below me, my apartment became engulfed in flames and spread throughout my home.

With very little time, I was able to get myself and my children out to safety. Unfortunately, our belongings, as well as a place to stay are now gone.

We are currently in a hotel, which is costly, but I am looking for a new place to stay and secure me and my family. The Red Cross paid for some days for us to be in the hotel, but those funds have come to an end.

Right now, my main concern is my children and keeping them in a safe and secure environment while I look for a new apartment.

Any assistance that is given to help while I am going through these trying times is greatly appreciated. These raised funds will be used to pay for a new place to stay, while keeping us in the hotel.
