My name is Ebony Regina Dobbins. On March 25, 2025, the Minneapolis Police Department illegally broke into my home without a warrant or probable cause. But because my dog got loose. From 12:00 am to 2:30 am, the officers illegally searched my home, attempting to open my doors and knocking and running with weapons in their hands. At approximately 1:43 am, one officer decided to climb through my 7-year-old son's window while he was asleep in his bed to unlock my door and allow the other officers to enter my home.

I feel unsafe and stripped of my constitutional rights. Tragically, two of my family members have been killed by police. My family and I need to move immediately, as my children are ages 7, 11 months, and 2 years old. I am unable to sleep, feel uncomfortable, or safe. Please do anything you can to help my family move due to these unfortunate circumstances.
