Urgent Help for Eastern TN and SW VA Communities

We are raising funds for rural communities in Eastern TN and SW Virginia that were impacted by Hurricane Helene. Rescue and supply efforts are underway in many areas already, but certain communities have not received any assistance yet, and it is uncertain when they will. The people in these communities are without power and basic items of necessity, so we are trying to fill this unmet need as quickly as possible.

We have spoken with 3 church pastors in Bristol, TN, Chilhowie, VA, and Marion, VA, who are in need of supplies to distribute to the communities that they serve. Their supply lists include items like shovels, mops, non-perishable food items, bottles of water, diapers/wipes, etc.

Our goal is to raise as much money as we can in the next 48 hours, then use 100% of the funds raised to purchase as many supplies as possible, load these onto a truck, and deliver them by Friday of this week. We’ve set the donation goal at $10,000, but this is inconsequential. Any amount helps. Thank you for your consideration and support!
