Urgent Help for Duke's Life-Saving Surgery

I unfortunately lost my job due to a vertebra pushing into a nerve hole and haven't been able to work for almost two months. I have been doing nothing but laying down, and now my oldest dog, Duke, is in serious need of a splenectomy. They found a tumor on his spleen, which is causing him to be anemic, and he isn't doing well at all.

I don't know what else to do because I have no way of making an income at the moment, and I just want my boy to be okay. Anything helps, and I truly am beyond grateful for anything because I'm not doing well, and neither is Duke. I just want him to feel better and get back to playing fetch and bugging his baby sister.
