Urgent Help for Denise and Dante's Housing

My name is Denise, born and raised in Worcester, Ma. I am a single mom now caring solely for my son Dante who is severely disabled. After being abandoned by his dad, my ex husband, we are in the fight of our lives to move from our home of over 20 years. I struggled to make mortgage payments by myself for the past 7 years, done hardship remodification loans as well. My ex has the mortgage in his name but both of our names are on the deed. He refused to allow me try a repayment plan to get back on track with payments and says he just wants the house gone

He intentionally left the house off our divorce decree, withheld his retirement accounts, etc. At the time it was written on our agreement and apporved.by the court that he would make support payments to his son in the amount of $200 per week. I was hospitalized three.times this past year due to stress resulting on a diagnosis called PRESS Posterior Reversible Encephalopathy Syndrome, which is a neurological disorder that.causes swelling of the brain, white matter on the brain.and stroke like symptoms. I haven't fully recovered,.and as my sons primary caregiver, its becoming more difficult to meet his needs. He was diagnosed with autism.at the.age of 3, then diagnosed with brittle bones and osteopenia, he developed bone deformities resulting in multiple childhood surgeries which left him even worse off..he.developed Scoliosis, and also has intellectual disabilities,mental and emotional . He is not.able to be left home alone for more than 2 hrs daily. He uses a wheelchair to navigate when we leave.home,.cannot shower or bathe self or prepare food. I have been out of the workforce for about 15 years. Choosing to open a homedaycare.so I could always be here for my son. And i did it, successfully for 13 years. Now he is a you.ng adult receiving minimal funds from social security and i receive a small monthly stipend from masshealth to help care for him. But I feel like I am failing him. I am estranged from my entire family, people I believed would never allow this to happen to us turned their backs on us. Our home was just auctioned off.on Friday

We won't have long to find an affordable apartment and looking at my income will be difficult to find someone to rent to us

I.will be receiving some transitional funds from RAFT, but we are on waitlists.for any other voucher.type of assistance

I need to raise enough money to help us transition with.grace.and.dignity. any help.would be appreciated. To get us to our next home and not leave us homeless

I'm not one to ask for monetary assistance and it has brought me to my knees and humbled me greatly

Please help us, Dante suffers from OCD, obsessive compulsive disorder, the move is going to be so difficult for us as it is, I just hope we can find somewhere to go.and soon
