Urgent Help for David Mays' Living Conditions

Help needed to get a neighbor/friend a hand up.

I am a neighbor and friend of David Mays and I am doing a fundraiser for him. David has just turned 62 and needs assistance to get on social security and adequate housing. David took care of his mother until she had to be placed in a nursing home. Dave lives out in a rural area, only owns his mobile home which is in terrible condition, needs major restoration, and has no means of support at the moment. He has no electricity, no air conditioning, and with severe heat and humidity approaching rapidly, the situation is urgent. David tries his best to help all his neighbors, but it just isn't enough to live on in this situation. Dave is not able to work a regular job due to disabilities. Anything you could donate would help immensely until he can start receiving his social security and get him a camper/vehicle to live in or repair his current place and get utilities.
