On Monday morning, November 3rd, my oldest daughter had an MRI scheduled. I got a call around 9 am telling me they found a golf ball-sized mass on my daughter’s brain. I left work, rushed home to pick up my daughter, and took her to Children's Hospital in Birmingham.

We have been here for a week now, and I have drained all my resources. I'm not gonna be able to work for another week or two as my daughter recovers at home. We are still awaiting results from the test to identify exactly what she has. I'm gonna be struggling to make rent, bills, and other necessities until I can go back to work.
