Urgent Help for Danny Clay's Eye Surgery

I'm Danny Clay. I'm in dire need of help. I have enclosed a video with a detailed explanation of my emergency medical situation. I have been diagnosed with Diabetic Retinopathy in both of my eyes and also declared Legally Blind. I am going to require surgery in both eyes to restore vision. In my right eye, I have a detached retina resulting in total vision loss. In my left eye, I have ruptured blood vessels resulting in advanced progressive blurriness.
