Seeking help for a friend going through an unforeseen difficult time. Christina and her 5-year-old daughter Kensley recently moved to be closer to family after a difficult divorce. The house Christina purchased passed inspection and seemed like a good fit. The home turned out to be a scam.

The first day she owned the home, a boiler pipe was found burst underneath the cement in the living room. It had appeared to be there for a while and hidden by the sellers. Now that was just the beginning of the issues.

A few days later, after running the 1st load of laundry in the house, the sewer pipe begun leaking a large amount of sewage in the bottom level of the tri-level home. It turned out the sewer pipe was minimally repaired just to pass inspection. Christina’s home began to fill with sewage. The house was uninhabitable leaving no where for Christina and Kensley to go.

Christina was already struggling financially after a difficult divorce and a recent surgery. She is now left with a huge financial burden from all of the sewer damage and boiler pipe damage.
