Well, now she's in an awful situation where she has lost all her belongings to water damage/mold. If you've ever been in this situation, you know that insurance won't even cover 'long term damage,' even though it's from water.

If anyone has resources, please reach out to her and offer all you have to help. She has a hard time asking for help, but in this case, she has no choice but to take it!
