My name is Carl James Siegel, and I am fundraising for urgent vehicle repairs. I have existing medical conditions and need proper transportation to medical appointments, interviewing and everyday errands. I am 57 years old with no family, children, friends or employment, ( desperately needing ) I lost the last member of my family during March 2025. I live alone with zero financial help. I have existing Diabetes Type Two, Hypertension, Chronic Venous insufficiency, Angina, Coronary Artery Disease ( being monitored for ) Current arthritis both feet, ankles, knees, back, Carpal and Cubital Tunnel Syndrome. I have not been groomed in a year. My vehicle need past due repairs for both front CV Boots, Oil change, All break pads, Front Calipers, AC/Heat Serviced, Fuel Injection Cleaning and fuel filter replacement Brake fluid flush, Trans Oil Flush, Trans Oil Pan and Gasket Replacement, Cabin Air Filter Replacement Engine Air Filter Replacement I have a February 10th Final Court Appearance to provide proof of vehicle insurance ( NEEDED ) after three extensions, Two Uninsured Citations, Past Due Vehicle Registration, Past Due Emmissions Testing. I sit parked in my vehicle for many long hours at a restaurant advertising for money everyday ( WORRIED ) I welcome donations for any amount and I AM PLEADING FOR HELP.
