My name is Kelly Scaletta. You might know me as Machine Pun Kelly.

A year ago, I got Covid and then Long Covid, so I haven't been able to work in a year. I've been trying to make ends meet and using savings.

But this isn't for me. It's for my cat.

We think he has bird flu or something. We took him to the vet a couple of weeks ago, and they gave him some medicine, but he's still sick, and we have to take him tomorrow.

He has gone from 13 pounds to 8 pounds. My wife feeds him with a syringe so he'll eat. He can't walk very far. He rasps when he breathes. The picture of him laying down is to show how skinny he has gotten.

The vet wants us to bring him back to run some tests, get an x-ray and give him some more medicine, but that's going to cost money we don't have, so I'm hoping we can raise some here.

Care Bear was a stray who one day decided he was going to live here. He would just hang out by our door wanting to be let in. He won us over, and then he won our dog Honey Bear over. He is the most loving cat in the history of cats.

In the last two years, I've been laid off from two jobs, gotten Long Covid, had my mother-in-law die, my best friend from high school die, and my dog die. I just can't lose my cat too.

I'm desperate. Please help if you can. Pray if you can't.
