Urgent mutual aid request;Risk of homelessness

Hi, my name is Cameron Mitchell. I’m an 26 year old indigenous queer musician working in Long Beach, California and I’ve fallen on some extremely unfortunate circumstances. In may I was approached with the opportunity to leave for a tour that would take me out of town for 3 weeks in June, and I made the silly decision of putting myself at risk. I had a full time job opportunity on the line that was very interested in me until finding out I would be touring, said they would call me back at the end of tour and never did. Since returning home I have scrambled to apply for every job and government assistance program that I can to minimal return, and I’m left with no opportunity but to ask my community for help. My beautiful and generous roommate has put up with a lot of my financial insecurities and I hate that I’ve put us in this situation, I don’t even have the opportunity to move back to Maine as my accounts in the red and I can’t ask my parents for help.
