Residents complain of property issue for weeks

Hello , my name is Brittany Dyer I am a mother of 2 kids. I have a 5 year old daughter and 10 year old son who’s both in grade school. I am also in trucking school , everyday we are struggling with emotional distress due to our living circumstances yes we have a roof over our head but is it safe ? I think not .. My biggest concern that I’ve expressed to my property management THE WATER HEATER and water temperature , WE HAVENT HAD HOT WATER IN 3 weeks the hot water goes on and off throughout the year I have been here but this is the longest it have been off I haven’t took a comfortable hot shower in days , I have been boiling water on the stove and burning myself in the process in order to give my children a decent bath my daughter is traumatized due to the water being so cold also my anxiety is extremely high due to THE ROOF CAVING IN .. literally I can’t make it up my roof is deteriorating due to poor building structure , my second safety concern is THE RODENT INFESTATION there is a huge rat infestation in every apartment unit there is a pack of rats and a family of roaches and termites inside of our units , I am asking for assistance from anyone a prayer or a donation , I would love to move my kids to a new home where we won’t have to treat our house like a cheap motel , I need money for furniture due to the roof caving in and destroying my appliances , I need to get away from this unit as soon as I can please and thank you for your time
