This is my good friend Bill. He is a kind, hard-working, and accomplished man.

Recently, he was attacked by three young adults at a mall. He was beaten for 10 minutes and sustained multiple serious injuries, the most significant being a fractured C2.

Bill needs surgery on his broken neck to avoid paralysis setting in. Making matters worse, he is currently sleeping in his car, as he can't afford rent. Sleeping nearly upright in the driver's seat is not ideal for anyone, let alone someone with a broken neck.

Your funds will be put towards 3 areas of help:

1). Sustaining Bill while he waits for surgery - sometimes he needs food, and an occasional hotel room, to keep going.

2). Costs of surgery and recovery at a care facility for 3-5 months.

3). Housing after the care facility, to no longer be homeless. Note: once physically able, Bill will find work.

Bill has shown remarkable perseverance throughout his life. He has lost all three of his children, yet has found the strength to continue living a beautiful life. He has always taken care of others, and now he needs your support.
