Urgent Help for Bill: Surgery and Shelter Needed

This is my good friend Bill. He is a kind, hard-working, and accomplished man.

Recently, he was attacked by three young adults at a mall. He was beaten for 10 minutes and sustained multiple serious injuries, the most significant being a fractured C2.

Bill needs surgery on his broken neck to avoid paralysis setting in. Making matters worse, he is currently sleeping in his car, as he can't afford rent. Sleeping nearly upright in the driver's seat is not ideal for anyone, let alone someone with a broken neck.

The surgery to heal his neck requires 3-5 months of recovery—essentially no movement. In order to be approved for surgery, he needs to show proof of funds which cover rent, food, and caregiver services.

Bill has shown remarkable perseverance throughout his life. He has lost three children, yet has found the strength to continue living a beautiful life. He has always taken care of others, and now he needs your support.
