Urgent Help for Betten Chaston's Relocation

Hello everyone! Best wishes to all. It is always hard to ask for help when you really need it. I am reaching out to the community. I am about to be eighty years old and being pushed out of the place I have been renting for six years. The rent is being raised again and I was unable to negotiate one more year at the current rate. I have been a great tenant taking care of the property and paying the rent on time. There are things in the house that are not in proper safe and working condition. The landlord refuses to address the issues. I have been a successful self-employed Freelance Make-up/ Hair Artist for over fifty years. My business was hit hard due to the Covid Pandemic and the CA Wildfires. This caused me to loose a lot of work. My husband passed six years ago. I have no place to go because I need help with moving costs, a deposit and first months rent at another place that is cost effective and in better condition. This is not a scam but I need help immediately as I have to be out by 9-30-24. My goal is to try to raise between $7,000-10,000 if possible. I have always helped family, friends and others when needed but this is a very scary position to be in since the cost of living has is so high. Whatever you can donate will be greatly appreciated.
