Hi, my name is Sergio and im fundraising for my 1 year old nephew Milos, who has been diagnosed with severe bilateral vesicoureteral reflux (VUR), Grade 5 on one side and Grade 4 (almost 3) on the other.

This condition causes urine to flow backwards from the bladder toward the kidneys, putting him at risk of repeated infections and long term kidney damage.

Milos is only a baby but he has already faced more medical challenges than many adults, his first medical intervention happened when he was only 5 days old due to this condition.

His condition requires ongoing specialist care, frequent medical appointments, and close monitoring to protect his kidneys and prevent further complications. We as a family are doing everything we can but the emotional and financial strain is becoming overwhelming.

Because Milos lives in Bolivia, his medical treatment and surgery are not free and the costs are far beyond what our family can manage alone (roughly £35k). The healthcare system there requires families to pay for consultations, tests, hospital stays, and the operation itself. We are doing everything we can but we need support to give Milos the chance to grow up healthy and without pain.
