After encountering my friends heartfelt story and spending time with the Gedarro Family- I couldn't help but feel compelled to reach out for help during this incredibly difficult time for them. I'm starting this fundraiser on their behalf. Please help pray over their family that their needs may be met as their family is struggling to cover funeral arrangements and other related expenses for their precious son Elijah.
All proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly towards funeral expenses and burial costs.

On February 1, 2021 baby Elijah Gedarro began a new journey in heaven after his inspiring 8 month battle with heart failure. Elijah will be remembered as a charming, playful, huggable, beautiful baby boy who liked to play peek-a-boo, play with his toy instruments, his ball and favorite elephant doll. Regretfully, not many people had the pleasure of encountering his alluring and magnetic spirit due to the current circumstances.
During his tragically brief journey, that our family had the honor of being a part of, he taught us some of the most meaningful lessons of our entire life. We also had the pleasure of receiving the warmest expressions of kindness and the opportunity to meet some of the most incredible and compassionate people. We will always be grateful.
Due to the length of Elijah's struggle and the sudden nature of his story coming to a close, our family is in need of help. We are asking for donations to secure a space where we can recall precious, treasured memories that we shared with Elijah in hope that it brings comfort to his brother and sister as they grow and navigate through the grieving process, and to seek closure.
Elijah is survived by his "dada" Derek, his mommy Angie, his brother Ethan, and his sister Madison Gedarro.
