Urgent Help for Arron's Medical and Living Costs

Hello I'm Arron . Not really sure what to say and wish I did not have to be hear telling my story but life has thrown me a curve ball at time were things have already been getting harder and more stressful. I work in the moving industry for almost 10 years now and I work hard doing mostly residential moves . At the beginning of December I was working on job with two other guys and we had a 2 story home with switchback stairs which all movers dread but most time it not to hard . Well this job has furniture that was just stupid heavy and the dresser for master bedroom was a beast . Halfway up the stairs just as about to move it I felt a very sharp and painful burning sensation between my groin and crown jewels . I stopped what I was doing and instantly thought I got another hernia as have already had surgery for 2 in years past . I contacted my office notifying them and was then taken of schedule . Never hearing a thing until I contacted them asking if I can come back to work 2 weeks later as I was running out money and had bills pay . I would of normally gone to hospital and got it sorted but my medical has just recently been canceled as I had not had much work in months previous and then no work for 2 weeks had no money to pay for insurance myself . If I don't work I don't eat and would lose my home so was in between a rock and a hard place . Another week went by and still nothing from office Christmas days away and I was stressing big time because had no money for kids Christmas presents and barley enough to cover upcoming rent bills . I managed to sell some my tools and personal items which scrapped me through 90% of bills being paid start of January but my work still would not work me instead telling me I need sign something say it was my fault and they no accountable, by this time the pain which has for about 2 weeks eased of quite a bit started coming back with vengeance and I had had two hernias before and they hurt but nothing like this . I refused to sign and told them I will work till I get bills covered and hope make it long enough to were I can get my medical back and get sorted . But within a few days the pain I was having almost had me in tears . Finally I rushed to emergency and was taken back pretty quick had all test and scans blood work etc and the confirmed I did have a hernia but very small and should have a couple days rest and go back to work . Telling me to follow up with surgeon to get it taken care of in future . I came home only for it to get even worse were this time I want to scream . Took myself back to emergency and doc asked me what's up and I told them I been there two days ago and they just confirmed it was her ia and sent me home . I told her this pain is way worse than what I ever had before so dropped my pants laid back and doc looked and pressed for about 5 seconds and vanished next minute I being thrown in ambulance and rushed to Scottsdale were a surgeon was waiting for me . I really was still thinking my hernia was worse than they thought and like my first one got entangled which stopped my intestines working properly. I was wrong and was within 10 minutes of coming out the ambulance having my right testical removed and left with pain bruising and dealing with a lose no man should have to go through . Spent night in recovery and next day was aloud to go home but never saw surgeon again or was told what was done so I assumed they fixed all what was wrong as pain was in same place for hernia also . Well within days pain was back and back to hospital again but no medical this time so treatment was very different .They told me hernia was never done and this time was told basically To go home eat fiber and take a crap the pressure should stop and pain go away . oh and they can give me a note for 2 sick days . so here I was my nuts half missing bruised ,swollen and in pain I still have my hernia being told take couple days of work . now my discharge papers from surgery say 4 to 6 weeks of work then light duty for week or two but this was not taken into account I still have my hernia and am now in pain from surgrey and hernia and now no medical insurance ( hospital did help me re apply not sure how long it will take or if I get it ) so unless it became an emergency I have no funds to get it done waiting see if I get insurance . so im stressing big time as I'm out funds and not able to go back to work for some time as need have hernia fixed also and got pay bills at least most important ones . thank you to anyone who takes time to read my story and appreciate any help thank you
