I have worked since I was 14 years old. Two months ago, my beloved job closed its doors. Normally, I would have transitioned to a new job or career, but unfortunately, I am waiting for surgery. I have severe spinal stenosis and need a big surgery ASAP. I am waiting on United Healthcare to give me a date.

In the meantime, I still haven't been able to get my unemployment. Now, the state taxes are being held. I am in dire straits at this point. I can barely move. I am in pain all day long, never a reprieve. I have gone through savings and help from close friends. I would appreciate anything you are able to afford.
