Hello, my name is Olivia. I've made this fundraiser on behalf of one of my dearest friends, Alli.

I'll be blunt, the last year for her has been a nightmare. As a result of an assault that nearly cost her life in November 2024, she drove thousands of miles away to escape her abuser. For the last ten months, things have been incredibly difficult as she navigates life around the lasting physical effects as well as financial instability and strain. She has been working multiple jobs throughout this entire ordeal. She has been so resilient when what she really needed was to rest and heal. As this trial draws to a close she is still no closer to getting on her feet and finding safety and security long term.

For the last ten months, she has had to live in her car. Tonight, she was in a minor accident. She is safe but this psychological torture needs to end. Due to the climate where she is currently she needs these repairs done as soon as possible to not only keep her safe, and to keep her vehicle from amassing more damage due to water & animals, but also keep her from being pulled over. If I had the money myself it would be done. She'll never ask for help but I cannot watch someone I consider a sister to break any further, so I'm forcing help on her.
