Urgent Help for Adriana's Family in Grief

Hello my name is Adriana, I am making this gofundme for my sister who has passed away due to a drug overdose. Here's a little about her life; She struggled with Mental Health issues which led her to become addicted to drugs for a while. Around November 2023 she had became pregnant while still being addicted. She chose to stop so she can have a healthy baby and because she wanted to get her life together. In January of 2024 she has officially stopped and ended up giving birth to a healthy baby boy on August 5th 2024. On January 16th 2025 she had made 1 year of being sober and we were so proud of her on achieving this milestone knowing how much she struggled. She was a single mother who worked a full time job with the help of us taking care of her son/my nephew! On March 1st she returned home from work around 10:50pm, and we were planning on attending a baby shower on March 2nd. My mom and my sisters had a feeling something was wrong because she hasn't answered any of our text messages or calls how she usually does to check up on her son (my mom and sisters take care of him while she works). We got worried but had to wait to place a missing persons report so on March 2nd at around 9:15pm my mom made the call to the police to see if they can check on her at her apartment. Around 11:30 the police showed up to my moms house and told her the most heart breaking news a mother could ever receive. They had found her in her apartment deceased, we don't know how long she has been deceased for and we still dont have a lot of information about what happened to her. We are waiting to hear back from the morgue to get the final details of what exactly had happened. My mom wanted this gofundme made so we can get the help we need to buy an urn for her and get her body cremated. We need the help financially because this was so sudden for us. We appreciate anything that could help!
