We are reaching out with urgency to support a 16 year old and her mother who are facing an incredibly difficult situation. They have just received an eviction notice and are required to leave their home by April 29. Right now, they are doing everything they can to stay strong and focused, but they need help to get through this critical moment.

Their priority is securing a new place to live, which means trying to save enough for a security deposit, first month’s rent, and last month’s rent. At the same time, they are facing immediate moving costs, including renting a U-Haul and securing a storage unit to safely keep their belongings until they can find stable housing.

They are also hoping for support with basic needs during this time to help ensure they have access to meals while putting every possible dollar toward finding a new home.
