Hi! I’m a mom of 5 who enjoys making content alongside her kids. Recently, a chain of events happened which caused the crisis I’m in now. First, I got into a car wreck and the insurance denied my claim even though I was hit from behind. Secondly, I entrusted someone with something I shouldn’t have. I would be away from home or out of town and a close person was supposed to pay my rent for me as I gave them the funds.

However, I received a paper from an attorney on behalf of my landlord, a “notice to vacate”. I have 5 children and we have nowhere else to go in a blink of an eye. I owe $1,500 for July, meaning the close person of mine paid some of my rent for me. However, I’m not sure where the rest of the money has gone. Now, August rent has also rolled into the $1,500, meaning I now owe $3,800 and I’m sure by then there will be extra fees added.

Please help me and my family. My landlord is not understanding at all regarding what happened to the money, which is understandable as they aren’t supposed to care. Thank you.
