Urgent Help for 79-Year-Old in Need

I'm am a 79 year old male living alone. I have diabetes, prostate cancer recurred and have had a triple heart bypass. I was scammed out of my entire bank account, including my auto deposited social security and retirement, by a bank that turned out to be non existent. I was left with nothing in my account and cannot buy any food or pay any of my bills, which include mortgage, car insurance, roof replacement loan, phone or any utilities. I am now going on one month of being behind on all my payments. Have no one here to check up on me if needed. Have applied for temporary work but don't hear back from applications.
