Urgent Help: Family Van Crisis!

I don't know where else to turn and we need help. Our minivan needs a new transmission and we just don't have the money or the resources to get it fixed. I get it serviced regularly through Dodge and thought they did service on the transmission 8 months ago but that turned out to be false even though they charged me for it. I'm at a loss and don't know what else to do but ask for help. The car was running fine until last Saturday when we were taking youth to the temple and it just all of a sudden didn't want to go into reverse. Thankfully, with lots of prayer, we were able to make it home safe. We were then able to get it into a trustworthy shop today and that's when we found out it's going to cost just over $4600 to get it fixed.

My husband works full time and long hours so he needs his car. I don't work, as I am legally disabled, and I have multiple surgeries coming up in the next few weeks in which I need my van to get to the hospital and doctor appointments for myself and my kids. My whole family doesn't fit into my husband's car so even going to church is an issue since we can't all fit in one vehicle without my van. I understand everyone is struggling right now, but if you are able to help even just a little, I would be forever grateful. Thanks for even being willing ❤️
