Urgent Help: Evicted by Family – Need Safe Place to Rebuild

Hi everyone, I never thought I’d be in this position, but my partner and I urgently need help.
We are being abruptly evicted by my mother, despite paying her $250/month for rent and utilities. This decision came without warning and has left us stunned and scrambling. The current living situation has become unstable and unsupportive, and we no longer feel safe under this roof.
Like many families, ours has faced its struggles… We built memories here though. She has been bulldozing that yard, and every day that she tears down the yard I see parts of my childhood disappear. It feels like she's erasing our safety, our home, and my past.
As if the sudden eviction wasn't distressing enough, my mother is also pursuing my partner and me in small claims court for $3,250, adding immense financial and emotional burden to an already impossible situation.
My partner is disabled, and has been fighting to get SSDI. We’ve both been working hard to stay afloat, but this situation has pushed us into survival mode.
We're aiming to raise enough to secure a piece of land and cover initial setup costs so that we can finally build a stable, safe life of our own. The escalating hostility has driven most of my brothers out of state, underscoring our own need for a stable, independent home. I want property that can exist as a safe space for my siblings to go as well (even if they are just visiting)
The properties we’re looking at are all under $100,000. Our favorite so far is 1.34 acres, already equipped with electricity — and it may also have a septic tank and well water, which would save us thousands. This would be an incredible head start toward a sustainable, peaceful home.
We’re not asking for luxuries. We just want to live somewhere where we won't be kicked out, where my partner can recover in peace, and where we can begin again.
We’re hoping to raise enough to secure the land and begin setting up the basics: shelter, water, and safety. Every single donation helps — whether it’s $5 or $500. Even just sharing this would mean the world to us.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read our story and for any help you can offer.
