I'm Waed Samhan, I have completed my twentieth year in the war. Since my childhood, my life has been a series of battles and the loss of relatives and friends. In high school, I studied hard. I am not exaggerating when I say that I studied 20 hours a day, all in order to become a doctor, as my teachers used to call me the genius doctor. Indeed, I obtained a grade that enables me to study dentistry. Indeed, I reached the third year and I was one of the outstanding students in college, both practical and theoretical, and every day my passion and love for dentistry and becoming a skilled dentist increases every time I hear my doctors’encouragement and praise for me. I was excited for the beginning of the third year, but on October 7 In the year 2023, my family and I woke up to the sounds of bombing, and from here I began to move from one place to another. We faced death several times and emerged from under the rubble of the house. I lived and still live days that I do not expect, even in my worst nightmares, to live. I used to imagine myself working in the clinic,I did not expect to live in tents on the streets, I expected that I would learn dental work,I did not expect that I would learn how to knead, bake, and cook food. These were not my goals. Our home, our endeavor, and the seat of our dreams were bombed,We lost our source of livelihood that supplemented my dream of completing my studies.
