Asking for help doesn’t come easily to me. I’ve always worked hard, built carefully, and taken pride in supporting myself and others. Right now, I’m in a season that requires honesty, humility, and support as I continue moving forward with intention.

Over the past year, I’ve faced prolonged trauma, health challenges, and a nervous system stuck in survival mode. While I’m actively working toward income, my capacity has been limited—not by lack of ambition or skill, but by the process of stabilizing my mental and physical health so I can work sustainably again.

At the same time, I am deeply committed to keeping my vision alive. I am building Moodspace Method, a brand rooted in emotional intelligence, intentional living, and nervous system regulation—tools I’ve learned not just from theory, but from lived experience. My work exists to help people who are surviving without support, clarity, or language for what they’re experiencing.

Every journal, reflection, ebook, and project I create comes from the same intention: to reduce suffering, increase clarity, and help people live more grounded, self-directed lives.
