URGENT: Help a Mother Facing Prison in Spain

I need your help. In just a few days, I must report to prison in Spain, and my 8-month-old baby, may be taken from me.

I am facing an unimaginable nightmare. The Spanish Supreme Court has denied my appeal, and now I am being forced to serve over three years in prison for what they call “child abduction”—but the truth is, I was only trying to protect my daughter.

The Reality I Face

I am being sent to prison for protecting my child under the Hague Convention’s unjust laws.

My 8-month-old baby, may not be allowed to stay with me. She is exclusively breastfeeding and suffers from asthma.

I have a rare medical condition that requires treatment, which will be nearly impossible to maintain in prison.

The father of my eldest daughter has already kept her from me for over two years, against court orders, and manipulated her to believe I tried to harm her. If I am imprisoned, our bond may be permanently destroyed.

I have fought for years for justice—I now work on a U.S. nonprofit board advocating for mothers and children who are victims of the Hague Convention’s failures.

Why I Urgently Need Help

I have very little time left before I must surrender. I am terrified of what will happen to my older daughter, my baby, and me. I urgently need funds to:

Petition for a Pardon & Legal Expenses – This is our last chance to fight for freedom. We need as many resources as possible to take on this difficult battle and keep us out of prison.

Fight for my baby to Stay with Me – Advocacy and legal support are critical to negotiating my acceptance into the mothers’ prison so I am not separated from my baby.

Cover Legal & Humanitarian Aid – We must push for alternative sentencing, such as house arrest or humanitarian release, to prevent my imprisonment.

Ensure My Baby’s Safety – If we are forcibly separated, I need to secure proper care and protection for my baby.
