I’m Bri Joy, and I’m raising money on behalf of myself, my fiancé Quran, and my bestie/roommate AC. Unfortunately, we have been served with a warning from our rental office regarding late payment. Quran has been looking for job for 6 months now, and is currently waiting for his start date for a new one; meanwhile, AC and I have been working minimum wage jobs, and frankly, it’s not cutting it. We had a verbal agreement with our primary landlord to allow us time to pay as all three of us look for higher income work, but our account has been passed off to a much more strict landlord at the management company who owns our building. We’ve been advised that we must provide full repayment by January 2nd or we will face eviction. None of us are in a place wherein displacement is an option, as we’re all in financial lows in our respective lives (obviously lol). We ask that if you can, you donate, and if you can’t, share with your richest uncles and aunties, so that we can stay in our home and get back up on our feet, all together.
