Urgent: get Curtis out the ICU in PR to receive care in MA

This is by far the hardest thing I've ever had to do in my life. I am Curtis's mother. Unfortunately Curtis was hit by a car on his recent birthday trip to Puerto Rico May 4th, 2024. Curtis is currently in critical condition in the ICU in PR. I flew out to PR immediately after receiving the news from the doctors in PR. I need to get Curtis HOME BACK TO MASSACHUSETTS! It has been 16 days of the worst gut wrenching pain any mother can imagine experiencing. I am being told due to his condition it will cost $100,000 to transfer Curtis via a stretcher in an airplane. Curtis would need 2 of everybody to fly with him for example, 2 trauma doctors, 2 nurses, 2 respiratory therapists etc. As some may know, my husband and I just bought a house not even a month ago, so we do not have the $100,000 to get my son home and insurance does not cover it. I am asking, better yet begging, if you are in a position to donate to please help me get my son to Massachusetts and get the medical attention he deserves.
