Please help us save Garth! Garth came to TCAS as a sweet, cuddly pup but kennel stress has taken over. Garth has been evaluated and it was determined that he has been too affected by kennel stress and cannot be rehabilitated. He was not taken out of the kennel to be evaluated and was evaluated by an expert that has no history with him. Volunteers at TCAS that DO have a history with him firmly believe that with outside time and love and trust, he can return to that sweet, lovable pup again. We are hoping to get donations so that if we find a Rescue to save him and pull him from TCAS, we will have the funds to sponsor him for training, vet expenses, etc. to rehab him. Garth only has until May 24 to be saved. If we can’t find a shelter to pull him and he does get euthanized, we will use these funds for the next dog we feel can be saved.
