Urgent: Funeral Aid for Harry Ted Jones

My name is Rhonda and this is for my Dad, Harry Jones. Most of you knew him as Ted. He recently had fallen ill and was recovering in a local nursing facility. Unexpectedly, he had a medical crisis and was taken to hospital where he passed away within a few hours.

Dad had only been in Georgia a few months and didn’t have any paperwork for life insurance. I have done the search online and found nothing. The funeral homes all want between $1500 to $2000 up front and my family doesn’t have that kind of money. This is an emotional situation and I am now faced with a deadline for someone to pick him up from the ME office. Ordinarily I wouldn’t ask for help but I’m stuck. Please, if you can help, anything is appreciated. All funds collected will go to getting Dad laid to rest. This includes cremation and family service at a later date back home.
