My name is Manal Taha from Palestine - Gaza. I'm a mother of four. My twin daughters, Joud and Jenna, are 12 years old, and my twin boys, Ahmed and Abod, are 4 years old. We had a nice life and a nice home.

The whole thing began about two years ago when the war started, and the bombing and violent attacks on the Gaza Strip increased.

We lived in North Gaza. We lost our home in the war, and we moved to several places, from north of Gaza to the south and then to the north again.

We suffer from a lack of food due to high prices, and we can go days without a proper meal. I feel helpless. I have no access to basic needs for my children. We lose many people every day because of bombings. There is no food, no clean water, no clothes, no aid, no electricity, and no income. We now live in a tent, and in a few months we will be in winter.

So please, help me provide my children with food and to find a home to shelter my family.
