Hello everyone, on Thursday July 11, 2024 my father passed away due to cancer. It had all started with stomach pain in the beginning of the year and the doctors would just prescribe him pain medication. It was not until May that the pain came back stronger. He had lost so much weight and was slowly becoming weak unable to get up. He was seen by a few doctors and all they were able to diagnose was infections and anemia. July came by and he was finally sent to a hospital in Guadalajara. Unfortunately due to how weak he had gotten he wasn’t able to make it longer. Me and my sister were on our flight that same day to give him strength and hope but by the time we had landed we were too late. Our parents lived in Mexico and had no way of being treated out here in the U.S. He struggled so much to get better and can’t imagine how much pain he suffered. We are sharing his story to spread awareness. He left behind his wife and 5 of his kids and 1 grandkid of only 5 months that he only got to see in person for 1 week. He was an amazing father, friend, and husband. He had so many goals and dreams to accomplish always happy and positive about life. My family and loved ones are going through a hard time and we would appreciate any help we can get to get us through some financial issues and healing.
